Every Child Needs A Coat

January 15, 2021

Each year, many children don’t have adequate protection from the cold. Living in Minnesota, this can lead to serious health issues such as frostbite and hypothermia. It’s a challenge for many families year over year to continue buying coats, gloves, hats, and boots as their children grow.

We were incredibly excited to partner with our client, Cafe Media, as they decided to do something unique and creative with their holiday gifting program, and donate 65 coats and winter hats to Minnesota non-profit organization, The Sanneh Foundation. Cafe Media purchased 50 branded coats and winter hats as a holiday gift for their employees and clients, and included a note along with the gifts that the same items had been gifted to a child in need to help survive the harsh Minnesota winter. See below for a note from Tony, the founder of The Sanneh Foundation.

“Sixty-five children now have another layer to keep them warm this winter, and they are loving them! It is clear that the jackets are comfortable because the kids have no problem running around and playing in them outdoors. I’m sure they will be well-used over the next several months.”

– Tony Sanneh (President and CEO)

Imprint Engine helped to identify the organization for the donation, coordinate to gather proper size information for each child, and ordered and shipped the donated goods.

The Sanneh Foundation was the first official recipient of our Imprint Impact program. Back in April 2019, we donated 11 pallets containing over 70,000 items to TSF, including notebooks, folders, water bottles, sunscreen, tote bags, and more. You can read more about our previous donation to them here.
